Traditional Chinese Medicine Initial consultation:

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has a long history of treating a wide range of both chronic and acute health conditions. TCM is based on five interdependent branches: exercise, nutrition, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and massage.

Acupuncture is the most widely recognized branch within TCM. Acupuncture has been shown to assist in a wide variety of problems including: back pain, sciatica and arthritis, hay fever, infertility, irritable bowel syndrome, weight loss, chronic fatigue, migraine, insomnia, and even toothache and infection.

A TCM session starts with a diagnosis along traditional Chinese methods, which may include palpation, pulse taking, verbal case taking and the signs on the tongue. Depending on the diagnosis, points will be selected along the main meridians to normalize the flow of Qi.

Ken Rosen, as a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, wants to work and help you with both acute and chronic conditions through his diagnostic and treatment skills. Upon diagnosis, Ken will provide you with personalized advice with lifestyle, nutritional, and possibly an herbal formula prescription if needed.
